Who is the CG CKO?

Many of you know I've been banging my head against the wall trying to find the Coast Guard's CKO.  I'd heard we didn't have one, but, frankly, didn't believe it.  Well, now that I've not only heard it from CG-0931, himself, but received the following from the EA at CG-6, I guess I believe it:

The Coast Guard no longer has a designated CKO. When the last holder of that SES position departed the Coast Guard, the position was reprogrammed to become the Director, C4&IT Infrastructure Operations.

On the agenda will definately be a work session to address this and make recommendations; perhaps we'll recommend the CG needs a cross-cutting CKO to help address the myriad of KM issues facing the Coast Guard today.
